Are you training to be a teacher or lecturer, or are you qualifying in 2010? If you qualify in 2010, you will receive FREE membership until 2012 and half price until 2013.
ATL is the only member-led union to offer a dedicated newsletter, specialist summer seminars and interactive website www.new2teaching.org.uk, as well as discounted masters opportunities through Edge Hill University. Our publications will help you create your CV, give you interview tips plus advice on how to meet pupils’ parents and manage classroom behaviour.
Student membership is free. And if you qualify in 2010, you will receive FREE membership until 2012 and half price until 2013.

Online
You can apply to join ATL online - the application process takes just a few minutes and you can set up a Direct Debit or pay with your credit card. Just go to the secure online joining form.
By telephone

By post or fax
You can join by post or fax if you complete an application form - print out and complete the appropriate membership application form from the list on the right-hand side of this page, returning it to: Association of Teachers and Lecturers, FREEPOST 7363, 7 Northumberland Street, London or faxing it to 020 7930 1359.
