Annual Conference

Chicks and text 'annual conference'

Up to 600 ATL members attend our annual Conference, which always meets during the week prior to Easter.

A lot goes on during the Conference period, like setting policy, an address from a government minister, the chance to mingle with like-minded people, and of course the Conference dinner.

There are also workshops, mini conferences and learning zones to help you develop your career and become more active in ATL.

As well as delegates from ATL branches, spaces are set aside for student and NQ/probationer members, plus those who have never been before. This allows for a broad cross-section of member voices and great debate.

If you’re interested in meeting other education professionals, and you want an opportunity to discuss any education issues, then Conference is a good place to start.
